Your joining us in Marfa is gift enough. We do not expect anything more than your presence.

If you still wish to give a gift, we’d be grateful for a contribution toward our honeymoon in Japan or our future home.

Given the terrain, we suggest avoiding thin heels.

September in Marfa means warm, sunny days with a dry heat—expect highs in the 80s. Evenings cool down to the low 60s, so bring a jacket for those crisp desert nights.

Our ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue! The Capri is an easy, 10 minute walk from the center of town. If you do need to drive (we ask that you avoid it, if possible) there will be limited parking available at the venue.

Both! Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors and dinner and dancing will be inside. If you need to take a break from the sun you can go indoors at any time and if you need some fresh air feel free to hang out in the gardens.

You will need a car to get to Marfa from the airport, but the town itself is totally walkable. If you want to explore the surrounding area we recommend renting a car for the weekend. We’ll also set up a car share form closer to the date.

We love that you want to share this special day with the people who mean the most to you. Due to space and logistics, our guest list is limited to those specifically named on the invitation. If you’re unsure, just reach out to us—we’re happy to clarify.

We have an amazing professional photographer on-site to capture our wedding. That means you should be present and keep your phones/iPads/cameras tucked away during the ceremony. Feel free to snap away during the reception.
